Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
• Only items purchased directly from our website are eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Period

• You have 10 days from the delivery date to request a return authorization.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, less a $5.95 processing fee.
• Please allow 3-5 business days for the return or store credit to be processed once we receive your returned items.

Exclusions

• Items purchased during sample sales are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping & Handling

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
