At Lyla Grace, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, our refund policy is here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Only items purchased directly from our website are eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Period
- You have 10 days from the delivery date to request a return authorization.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, less a $5.95 processing fee.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for the return or store credit to be processed once we receive your returned items.
Exclusions
- Items purchased during sample sales are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping & Handling
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
